Another perfect NJ session for the books. Jamie originally contacted back in the spring in regards to my “Learn To love. Your Camera” DSLR class I was hosting in NJ in June. I loved her passion she had about photography and was so eager to learn more on what she already knew. Not only is this girl shooting with a DSLR, but she has a full format….so I just wanted to hug her for wanting to get the best out of it. Ok, moving on…
When she contacted me for family pictures shortly after that, I was excited! She had ideas and something she bought a while back just because she knew one day she wanted to use it for a photo shoot. It might have been big. And antique. It might have been a couch. Ok, no really. It was a couch. When a client of mine has an idea and is excited about it and doesn’t care how its done, it makes me excited to play it out for them. Its always about a vision!
So there we were on a late evening at Sandy Hook carrying a couch. We had to move the couch a few times to find the perfect spot for lighting, but when we did, that little (ok it wasn’t really little) white couch was totally awesome. Jamie’s idea was perfect. Her family was awesome. Her kids seriously well-behaved and so fun. Her husband a total trooper for lugging the couch around.
So here is their amazing beach front session. Enjoy. And remember, if you EVER have an idea. Go with it, because if the vision is delivered properly, it works!
