A couple days before Christmas I shot my last session of the year. Coincidentally, this family was my first family session of 2017 when we did a sweet newborn session and I ended the year with them celebrating her almost 1st birthday with a family session. I truly love how it all comes full circle and I love being a small part in capturing this family’s memories and special moments.
We had an oddly gorgeous evening with warm weather for late December at Regent University. The weather was perfect…throw in a joyful family, a quiet campus and good lighting and it set the page for a perfect session.
I love roaming around Regent University. It really is a beautiful campus with gorgeous buildings and architecture, pretty landscape (even in the cooler months), and its large enough to roam and not run into many people giving your session full intimacy.
I love capturing each and every family’s vibe and joy. Observing and collecting each and every moment, even ones we so quickly forget.
