I talk a lot about how much I love capturing the organic newness of a family those first couple weeks at home with a newborn. There is something so special and cozy about being able to capture these moments for families. Whether it is your first, second or third (and so on) child, each newborn brings a sense of newness to the family.
You may remember this sweet couple from their maternity session back in August. Check out their maternity session here. They brought their first child into the world this month and she is just PERFECT!
I met up with them a couple weeks ago at their home for an in home newborn lifestyle session and to meet Baby N. She is the perfect little newborn who loves mommy and daddy snuggles, swaddles and was already a gem for the camera. My favorite part about in home lifestyle sessions are being able to capture each family in their own uniqueness….in their own environment. I love finding the light pockets in each client’s home and watching them interact as a new family.
We captured some sweetness that morning and even grandma and uncle were in town and they got to be in some shots too, which was very special since they live far away.
