Oh how I heart the little town of Asbury Park, NJ. They really have built it back up over the years. With an always crowded boardwalk, great food/drink choices, the beach, old architecture that makes your heart sing and the most colorful walls you will find in the area I call it a photographer’s dream. At least this photographer!
When a client asks for a session here, I get super excited about all we will be able to cover in a session there. This sweet family emailed me back in May for an extended family session in Asbury when they were visiting family who lives there. Since I was in NJ for three weeks and our dates aligned, I knew the session was meant to be.
I can not tell you how much fun these guys were! Totally my type of people and because life in Jersey is small, some of us knew mutual people and possibly may have even been at some of the same parties back in the day. Jersey is small, but being from there…everyone really does know everyone.
These guys were so down to earth and so up for anything. The flow and vibe of the entire session was really wonderful and I loved being able to capture the bond they all share.
