Let’s talk about Sandbridge. This little gem of beach away from the touristy action of the Virginia Beach “oceanfront”. It’s filled with beautiful beaches, HUGE houses along the water and some of the best lighting I have come to find!
During the summer months, I am blessed to meet so many families from all over the country who come to Sandbridge in Virginia Beach for vacation. Families who all live far apart but unite during the summer for a week away together to share and make memories together in the sun and salty air!
How lucky am I that I get to capture these moments for these family’s? I feel like I hit the lottery with this “job” of mine and am so thankful for those who entrust me to capture their moments.
I met this family on a beautiful Sunday evening out in Sandbridge. Such a fun, down-to-earth family….totally my kind of people. From two baby cousins hanging out in the sand to grandparents getting to spend time with their grandchildren. This session is full of love and some wonderful memory making.
And that lighting that evening? No lie here when I say it was some of the best lighting I have seen ALL summer!! Jackpot. Happy family. Happy photographer. I seriously love my job.
