I just want to take this little maternity session, fold it up and put it in my pocket because I am in LOVE with it.
Shawn and Lori are awesome! I met them through a good, mutual friend and we instantly hit it off. They are genuine and down to earth. Totally my kind of people! I was stoked when they inquired about a maternity and newborn session.
One can never predict the weather the day of your session. We booked this session back in March, we had no idea what to expect. The week of their session was a hot, humid mess! Summer came to Virginia Beach like “whoa”. The night of their session? The most perfect evening we have had yet this season. No humidity. Perfect temps. A sunset one can dream of. I swear their positive energy and chemistry made the weather perfect!
During the session, their flow and energy were contagious. This came to them so naturally and they ROCKED their session.
Lori gave birth to a perfect baby boy this week, a few weeks before her due date. I am so excited to get their little guy behind my camera. He’s guaranteed to be a natural ; ) These two are going to take parenthood by storm!
