I’ve had someone say to me last week that I am “crazy” for making bi-monthly (sometimes monthly) trips to New Jersey for sessions. Crazy? More like blessed.
Seriously, I have the most amazing Virginia clients, but I am double lucky to have such wonderful clients in NJ who book me out months and months in advance to ensure their spot for special milestones.
This first birthday cake smash session was booked in January and was just done a few weeks ago. I love this family and this sweet little girl is the best. I’ve been photographing her family since she was in her mama’s belly and was able to capture their first family session as a family of four, Christmas pictures and now her first birthday cake smash session.
Me and her mama have been talking design and colors since February. Beach-like hues of light purples and teals. The colors came together perfectly! This little cutie nailed her session. Pure smiles and some cake eating love.
I know I say this a lot, but I really am so thankful for my repeat clients, referrals, new clients and everyone in VA AND NJ who allow me to capture these special times. To be able to call this my job is amazing and I really am so thankful.
