Let’s talk about how something small and intimate can be something huge and amazing. That is exactly what Janna and Jason’s vow renewal was. They contacted me last minute to capture this sweet event, and after hearing their story, I couldn’t be more thrilled about it.
They are both a couple from Missouri, with two beautiful daughters who were coming to Hampton Roads to vacation for a week. While they were here, they were also celebrating their 12 year wedding anniversary. The kicker? Jason SURPRISED Janna with a vow renewal ceremony. Seriously, how sweet is that? An intimate waterfront renewal with just them, their daughters, the officiants and myself. After the exchanging of some sweet vows full of love and happiness, we strolled down a path to a small beach for photos. It was quiet and fit the moment.
Gorgeous lighting. Organic love. And a sweet family REALLY getting the most out of their vacation and wedding anniversary. Congratulations again to these two high school sweethearts!
